Training: Motherhood on the Resume

In partnership with HeyMama and WRK/360, I developed a webinar curriculum teaching hundreds of women how to put motherhood on their resumes.

The MOTR campaign was created to remove the deep cultural bias against mothers in the workplace and recognize motherhood for what it really is: a training ground for leadership. The Motherhood On The Resume (MOTR) movement helps to validate the unpaid labor of moms, de-stigmatizes taking time off from work for motherhood, and recognizes the strengths moms bring to their professional lives, not in spite of being parents but because of it.
